The riveting attachment should be hooked in like any other drill bit attachment, then select the insert and you are ready to go. Insert the rivet into the extension and make sure it is tight. Position the drill in the opposite direction and place the rivet in the desired location. It is very important to remove the remaining pop rivets from the drill bit after use to avoid jams!
The set also comes with 4 different inserts of 2.4 mm and 3.2 mm of aluminum and 4.0 mm and 4.8 mm of steel. If you have had the opportunity to use riveting pliers, you know very well how long and tedious it is to use! It is much easier now with this adapter.
